LESS THAN TEN MINUTES? For all services less than ten minutes in one day, no charge. Send us that quick email just to get pointed in the right direction or give us a call for a quick reminder on how to do a task and when the response time is less than ten minutes, no charge! (Emergency Services excluded.)

All billing is done in 15 minute increments. (Emergency Services excluded.)

Discounts are available for annual payments on most plans shown. For the discounts to apply, annual payments are non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER: We are not the original dealer for the ACS Master System. According to your License Agreement, any Basis Reseller may provide support, modifications, and their "own upgrades" to the ACS Master System you purchased, including Basis Licensing and Basis SAM Plan Management. (Full Disclosure)

We support, modify, and customize v6.00 to v 9.5. Save the expense of a costly full upgrade or system conversion when we can update your current system with only the features you require. (The term "update" refers to our own written updates and modifications for your system.)

SUPPORT PLANS:

  • All support plans include 10% off standard billing rates beyond plan hours.
  • All quoted services are at reduced rate.
  • Priority response based on support plan level and urgency of the issue.
  • Reduced rate on hardware purchases.
  • Reduced rates on Support Plans for Loyalty Program clients.
  • Emergency Services Rate: $200.00/hr., one hour minimum.
  • No contracts. No terms. Change from month to month. (Year minimum if Basis SAM Plan included)
  • Paid at beginning of month for hours during that month.
  • Carry-over one unused hour per month to the next month.
  • Includes removal of License Key option installed by original dealer for free.
    Note: License Key option does not apply to the Basis License agreement.
  • Includes changing logo on main menu to your company logo for free. (GUI only)
  • Includes new system icons for desktop with your logo or icon preference.
    Note: Not all logos convert to icons well; results may vary.
  • Reduced pricing on all software services, including Web Services, Business Continuity, and Q-BI Cubes.

RETAINERS:

  • Reduced hourly rates for all services for large projects or anticipated high support months.
  • Minimum three hours per week.
  • Priority response based on urgency of the issue.
  • Reduced rate on hardware purchases.
  • Reduced rates on Retainers for Loyalty Program clients.
  • Emergency Services: Hours applied at 1.5 times against retainer, billed at $200.00/hr. thereafter, one hour minimum.
  • No contracts. Commit to minimum of three months, but may cancel at any time.
  • Paid at beginning of month for hours during that month.
  • Carry-over up to five unused hours per month to the next month.

EMERGENCY SERVICES:

  • Applies to all calls between 9pm and 7am EST.
  • Applies to all calls on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
  • Recognized holidays listed on contacts tab.
