Support Hours
Our regular system support hours are 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST, on business days (weekdays and non-holidays). Additional support time may be arranged in advance. Emergency support services are offered on a time and expense basis.
Holiday
Holidays include, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
By observing these holidays, the company will be closed for business. In the event there are special circumstances surrounding a client or project, arrangements should be made in advance with as much prior notice as possible.
